VENDOR FEES: Fees are as follows and must be paid to confirm your spot in advance of the event on a first come, first serve basis (check one): Food Booth or Food Truck (no beverages) 10x20 - $500Retail Vendor or Information Booth 10X10 - $200Retail Vendor or Information Booth 10x20 - $300Specialty Beverages (Snow cones, etc. non-alcoholic) 10x10 - $200For Larger Trucks Please Call: 713-777-1566 Ext 4 2. WHAT IS PROVIDED: We are providing space only. Please bring your tent, tables, chairs, lighting, generator, and anything else you may need. 3. VENDOR SPOT: There will be a designated vendor area around the perimeter of the festival; we will direct you to your specific spot on the day of the festival. 4. LOAD-IN TIMES: Load-in instructions will be emailed closer to the date. 5. VENDOR PARKING: Vendors will receive one parking pass; parking will be available on site. 6. LOAD OUT: Cars will be allowed on the venue after all foot traffic is cleared, approximately one hour after the event closes. 7. WRISTBANDS: Each vendor will receive 5 wristbands. 8. EXTRAS: Water will only be sold by the festival organizers. Ice will be available for purchase on site this year for $5 at the bar booth. Music will not be allowed to be played at individual booths. PAYMENT LINK WILL BE SENT ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED. YOUR BOOTH WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE. RELEASE: Vendor applicant’s signature on this application releases and forever discharges CR Jamaican Grill, Inc. dba Cool Runnings Jamaican Grill and all sponsoring organizations, their elected officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, or claims of loss or damage arising out of, or in conjunction with participation in the Houston Reggae Jam Jam Festival. Cool Runnings Jamaican Grill is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors, patrons or guests. Applicant stores and exhibits their goods at their own risk. In addition, I/we have read and agree to abide by all festival regulations stated in this document or risk removal from Festival site without refund.
